Steve Waters-Engineer Extraordinaire

Steve was in integral part of our men's group for about 14 years. Seldom did Steve miss our time together, and he brought all his musical skills to our equinox/solstice drummings. Maybe I should say he put up with those of us who had no musical talent beyond loudness. We were with him as his father passed, and he had to change careers because his employer went out of busines. While I know those issues were important to him, he was still available for our work. Steve's wife suffers from a serious illness and her pain can impact their relationship, but they worked hard to adjust their boundaries, and even planned and built a new house together. Steve had an annual gathering with other musicians involving recording their music, and he delighted in that endeavor. Steve now works for Caterpillar in Peoria, and I am not sure where he is in terms of retirement, but I know that he is living with passion and integrity, now matter what he is doing. Maybe he and his wife Linda have begun a duet somewhere, while on one of their outdoor adventures. Good luck to you Steve, and thanks for your presence in my life.
