I am awake early on a Tuesday to build this page before the kids and my wife are up, and we have to get ready for the day. I am redesigning the website and working with a good coach, who is guiding me, and I am excited to alive today.

One of the key ingredients in my good health is excitement from challenging activities. I believe the challenge from learning how to build an online business keeps my vibrant.

So challenge is a key piece of the health puzzle.

So is nutrition, and appropriate rest, and exercise.

I follow a very regular, almost daily routine which allows me to attend to spiritual and physical and emotional issues, and I see my health professionals regularly for the requisite doctoring and dentistry.

I am very confident that I can contribute to and manage my health through such tools as Chi Gong, which I have been studying for 8 and 1/2 years now, glyconutrient supplementation, regular workouts,(where I can do my daily prayer and meditation while breathing deeply), above and beyond chasing the kids and mowing our new 6/10's of an acre lawn, (like two extra workouts per week), adherence to the CHIP diet, which means eat it as it is grown, creating wonderful smoothies, (great way to ingest large quantities of whole grain cereal and fruit), HeartMath heart rate variability biofeedback, the use of testosterone cream, or hormonal supplementation, and choosing challenging work.

I am going to talk a little about each of those things on separate pages, and then invite you to let me know of your secrets.
